My Home buying experience with @marcoraponi_realestate @vitoanthony_therealtor @remaxnoblecorp With the recent world events and restrictions that exist due to Covid-19, buying and selling a home in this time can be quite difficult. Marco Raponi was by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with. We decided to move our growing family from downtown Toronto to the suburbs, which it seems that everyone is doing these days! The condo market downtown has been quite difficult to navigate with everyone selling their properties, but not for Macro. Not only did he sell our condo in 3 weeks of listing, we got 99% of our list price. (The only unit to sell in our building in months!). On top of that, Marco helped us find the perfect home for our family and made sure that our budget matched our wants and needs. At no time did Marco ever pressure us to make a decision, and encouraged us to think through the largest purchase of our lives. We managed to find a home 2 weeks after selling that had every single item we requested. In an time where homes are selling within 24 hours and largely over their list price, Marco was able to help us navigate offer presentation and we managed to help us get our home within our budget! Marco also ensured that we understood everything we were signing and answered any questions we had. Marco was also able to recommend services outside of his office that would be needed such as a Legal team, and Mortgage advisor. Marco showed top notch professionalism, and was always responsive by email, text and phone calls (Which is needed these days with how fast properties move!). Marco also followed all Covid-19 protocols including sanitization, masks and social distancing for both the purchase and the sale of our properties. I have recommended Marco to my family and friends, and will continue to recommend him and this Real Estate Brokerage going forward.
